Morrison Mountain Studio Getaway

Peaceful studio apartment in the mountains west of Denver. Recently remodeled! Property is in the lower level of our home. Private entrance and plenty of parking.

Great location! Close to Red Rocks and Denver yet in the foothills where there is an abundance of wildlife, forests, and hiking trails. Great snowshoeing or hiking out the back door. Nordic and Downhill skiing not too far away. Stay with us and avoid the high prices of the mountain towns!

Multiple restaurants and grocery stores within a 1-5 mile radius of the Mountain Studio.

A scenic place to get away from it all!

Spacious studio with private entrance. Outdoor seating with 2 propane firepits.

Queen size bed in addition to a queen size pull out couch.

Full bath and kitchenette with mini fridge, stove/oven

WiFi and TV (Roku). Coffee/tea provided. Hair dryer, iron/ironing board, first aid kit, some toiletries (soap, lotion, shampoo, toothbrush/paste) provided.

Welcome basket complete with fresh eggs from our resident hens.

Two infrared electric fireplaces to keep you warm and toasty!

Hiking, road and mountain biking right out your door! Lots of great snowshoe trails! World class skiing an hour away!

Property backs up to acres and acres of undeveloped open space.
All yours to explore!

Close to developed open spaces like Meyers Ranch, Reynolds Park, Staunton Park, Buffalo Creek to just name a few.

Please NO smoking and NO pets.

Awesome location where it feels like you are miles away from the chaos but in reality, just a short drive to the city or skiing/playing in the mountains.

Well equipped getaway

My husband and I stayed here one night, but could have stayed longer! This is a delightful, clean, well appointed large studio. Nothing was tired or worn. There were even fresh flowers on the table. There were many little touches that made this place stand out! The birds chirpping in the morning and the steady breeze on the warm summer day made sipping coffee on the deck relaxing. The host was easy to communicate with as well. A great place to unwind! We would stay here again!

It was great for our purposes, in the area for a wedding that had filled the local hotels. Quiet, spacious, drive right up to the entry. Not far from grocery, good access to the local amenities. We hiked around just on the roads and it was lovely. There were snacks and coffee which was much appreciated, and the dark shades made sleeping in perfect. Absolutely recommend.

Nice location!!

Our stay was so amazing! The location of the home is near the highway but far enough into the woods to get good privacy. I felt very safe staying here! The hosts were very cooperative and easy going. I will definitely stay again if I come back to Denver.

Hit the Jackpot!

Our host made sure that we were well taken care of. An abundance of delicious snacks, beverages, toiletries and EVEN fresh eggs for breakfast was provided. The location was perfect,... nestled in a quiet, hillside neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and parks with hiking trails.

Unbelievable!!!

Gisele is a great host and her property is amazing. The studio was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Bed was super comfortable and the towels were soft. The snacks were a great touch. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook including a variety of spices, K-cups for coffee or cider were provided along with a variety of creamers. The living room was extremely comfortable, the electric fireplace was really nice for the cold nights. The deck was a great place to relax and get some fresh air. Even saw a black bear which was really cool. We had an amazing trip and the studio felt like home!

Amazing getaway

We had a great stay at this amazing property - everything is exactly as pictured and the hosts truly thought of everything from the fresh Coors, fresh eggs, coffees, creamers, snacks to the bathroom touches of makeup wipes, soaps, etc - we weren't wanting for anything!! So peaceful and quiet up on the mountain, and only a short ride down to restaurants and grocery and other stores. Great little hike right on the property too - we enjoyed every bit of our stay - thank you!

Had everything we needed and more. From farm fresh eggs to snacks, tons of spices to cook with and a peaceful deck with a beautiful view. We even took a short hike on property and fell in love with the locale.
