“The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. “Room still wasn’t ready when we tried to check in at 5. The waitress was horrible at her job. They charge for parking which is ridiculous considering how much money it costs to even stay there. The breakfast you have to pay extra for was gross.”

“The best rental I've ever stayed in! Kathy's place is a serene, picture perfect haven where you can escape from the world, but still be close to amenities. You can see horses and mules just outside the back porch, wild geese, turkeys... and you'll be welcomed by birdsong in the morning. Kathy allowed us our privacy and the cabin is in a secluded spot, but she responded immediately to any messages or requests. You're just a few minutes from town with restaurants, grocery, and the beautiful Aztec...

“Communication prior to check in was great with answers to any possible questions already addressed. The check in instructions were clear. They are not kidding with the 39 steps from vehicle to door. The condo was clean and if snow is keeping you from going out, you have all the essentials there to cook and be entertained to include the pool and hot tubs. Location was optimal and close to shopping or venturing out to any trails. This was perfect for the price.”
