Beautiful place with great views and very clean!
It was so beautiful and sparkling clean I almost canceled the next stop of our trip to stay longer. Hope to get back there when the water is warmed up and we could enjoy the nice little private pool off our balcony with SUCH a great view. We both enjoyed our massages too!

Top notch resort with fantastic views. Excellent rooms, spacious, comfortable well equipped. Good bar, good dinning options and very good restaurant on property. Parking is tight, like all of Greece. Very friendly and service oriented staff. Frequency of service around pool can be improved.

Unfortunately we are very dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel and that is due to a various amount of reasons, the service was unprofessional and the hotel does not provide a five star resort experience. First of all we had to wait 45 minutes after our check in to get the keys to our room without any logical explanation to why. The service staff at the pool area was inattentive (they didn’t notice us at all when we first came, it took us a good 30 minutes before we could order). The service personnel yelled and made loud noises when clearing the breakfast area which is not the expected behavior for staff that work in a five star resort. The internet didn’t work at the hotel room at all. Positive things: The view Cleanliness All in all not value for money and we wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Το προσωπικό με ελάχιστες εξαιρέσεις ( πχ τα κορίτσια του εστιατορίου ) καθόλου ευγενικό και κάποιες φορές ειρωνικό που σε καμία περίπτωση δεν σου θύμιζε συμπεριφορά 5* ξενοδοχείου. Για το δωμάτιο δεν με συνόδεψε κανένας αλλά το βρήκα μόνος μου μετά από οδηγίες στην ρεσεψιόν . Οταν πήγαμε μέσα στο δωμάτιο βρηκαμε εκατονταδες μυρμήγκια το οποίο και αναφέραμε αλλα δυστυχώς δεν έγινε ποτέ τίποτα . Πετσέτες για την ιδιωτική πισίνα έπρεπε να πάρεις από την ρεσεψιόν και να επιστρέψεις τις προηγούμενες που κατακαλόκαιρο με περίπου 100 σκαλιά να ανέβεις ηταν απαγορευτικό . Το WiFi ανύπαρκτο όταν έχει πολύ κόσμο και σε συνδυασμό με το κακο σήμα έκανε την επικοινωνία με τον έξω κόσμο αδύνατη. Στα θετικά το φαγητό μέτριο προς καλό, η θέα πολύ καλή και η καθαριότητα πισίνας αρκετά καλή .

Οι έλεγχοι και οι απεντομώσεις που γίνονται είναι συνεχείς. Πετσέτες για την πισίνα διατίθενται δωρεάν από την Υποδοχή του Ξενοδοχείου, η οποία είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στις εξωτερικές πισίνες του ξενοδοχείου. Για όλα τα δωμάτια και ιδιαίτερα για αυτά που βρίσκονται στα πιο χαμηλά επίπεδα, γίνεται αναφορά κατά την άφιξη ώστε οι πελάτες να προμηθευτούν άμεσα τις πετσέτες. Όπως ακριβώς συνέβη και στην δική σας άφιξη. Για την καλύτερη λειτουργία του Internet, έχουν τοποθετηθεί οπτικές ίνες σε όλο το Ξενοδοχείο. The Sivota Diamond Spa Resort is situated at the top of a very large steep hill and walking access into the port town is very difficult especially for us as were travelling with 2 pensioners and a 1 year old baby this meant we had to drive each day down to the port or use a local taxi. There was not enough parking spaces for the amount of guests with cars staying. Our in room facilities were non existent - no in room kettle, no coffee or tea making facilities and we had so much trouble to heat up baby milk and food. We were told that we personally had to leave our rooms and walk upto the kitchen where staff would heat these for us. We were also abruptly asked to leave the dining room at 10.30am so that staff could get on with their daily set up even though we were only finishing up our coffee. Speaking of which the only option for coffee was the instant Nescafe from a machine as the espresso machine was not turned on in the bar until after breakfast service at 10.30am. There are also 3 pool areas in this complex and yet not one of them was sectioned off for "adults only" thus meaning we were constantly listening to children shouting and dive bombing into the pools when at times all we wanted was relax and enjoy the surroundings. In our opinion this hotel relies purely on its "Diamond" title than providing anything close to a 5 star experience. The nightly rate is over priced for what you get. I would not stay here again

Rudeness and misinformation
We called the hotel before booking to clarify why the Junior suite showed 2 different prices for 2 adults & 2 kids. We're told the difference was whether the bed sofa in the room was used for the kids or if you wanted separate beds (extra room). We were also offered to book & pay directly to the hotel if we chose the higher price (extra room) which then would include half board for free. Anyhow we decided to book online to get the lower price with the bed sofa for the kids, without half board and to pay extra for our meals at the hotel which we were told is always possible. We got the booking confirmation from hotels.com but later got a message that payment had not gone through. The hotel confirmed they couldn't see a booking at all but asked us to call back next day. Next day they still had no booking as payment had not gone through. I also was informed that we'd be charged the higher price for extra beds anyway!! We had been misinformed. As booking had not gone through yet, I asked if we could rebook then & have halfboard included in the price at least. Had we gotten the right info of course we’d chosen incl. half board as it was same price! “Miraculously” within a minute the payment went through + they charged the pricediff already. The rudeness of the woman on the other line was exceptional. An explanation & a simple no not possible had been enough. Unfortunately the offensive unkind attitude of this one woman when booking gave a negative tone to our whole vacation.

Dear Mrs., I would like to thank you for choosing Sivota Diamond Spa Resort for your vacation. There was not a misunderstanding but on your try to get the best price you made the wrong booking. You called the Hotel asking for an offer for 2 adults and 2 children. Hotel’s Reservation Department told you that there was availability for a Junior Suite with mountain view and if you stay at least 5 nights you will get (as non refundable) the offer BB=HB, meaning that at the price of 4 persons with breakfast you will get halfboard. You chose to book via online system the same room on BB terms but only for 2 adults. During your booking you DID NOT add the children so the price was lowest. When we received the booking 2 days later(sometimes they don’t send us the bookings directly) we saw that on special requests you have written that there would be 2 more persons. We informed you that there would be an extra charge (as it was written on our policy). You didn’t want to pay extra and asked us to cancel the booking. Only you yourself could cancel the booking because it was via hotels.com. Having forgotten to say that the confirmed booking was a non refundable offer for 2 adults and on your try to cancel according to the cancellation policy you wouldn’t have any refund. Nobody was rude to you but you never accepted your mistake. As an advice I would say always to look at the terms of the deals and add the true persons. We are sure that you enjoyed the stay in our Hotel and we hope to see you again.

The room we paid for was very big and well designed.In addition breakfast was awesome. However lack of parking space was unacceptable and it was an obstacle we wouldn't have to overcome.Overall the hotel was very good . I would recommend it despite the disadvantage.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, la vue est magnifique et le personnel très agréable! Nous avons commandé le repas dans la chambre directement, arrivé en 20min et très bon goût. L’hôtel est à 5min du centre ville, centre ville qui est très charmant et à 30min du port d’igoumenitsa. Les enfants ont adoré!!! Seul hic, le nombre de place de parc est limité et les routes très étroites! A part ça, tout est magnifique.

Amazing views Near to the beach and the centre Friendly staff and always willing to help in any way. Food made with love and good selection of desserts Beautiful breakfast with variatt We will try to be back.

Am Service muss noch gearbeitet werden
Anlage schön. Ausblick sehr schön. Zimmer geräumig. Erreichbarkeit des Hotels schwierig, schlecht ausgeschildert. Wenig Parkplätze. Frühstück abwechslungsreich und üppig. Service, stets bemüht. Z.B. keine ausreichenden Handtücher im Zimmer. Auch nach Aufforderung nicht.

Bel Hotel, Superbe Vue
Tres bon Sejour. L'hotel est beau, avec de belles piscines et une magnifique vue sur la mer et Corfou. Les bâtiments sont un peu tassés néanamoins. Seul Bémol, la restauration : Uniquement du cahé soluble au petit dejeuner par exemple. Buffet très cher et léger le soir…

This was great!
The resort is beautifully located, with amazing views over the gulf. The rooms and facilities were top. We didn't try the restaurant, but the snack bar by the pool was excellent. The staff made our stay even better. Super friendly and helpful. The spa was a very good experience as well.

Nice hotel, views stunning
The holiday was fabulous from start to finish. The room had a fantastic view of the bay, the three pools were clean and excellent for children as well as adults. The pool service could have been better.

nice hotel beautiful view but lots of stairs!
This hotel is not a five star, more like a four star. The staff are not trained well, no cordination with each other and Rude! I had called to upgrade my room to a triple a month before, they said fine and when I got there they had no nolige of the call and thought I was lying. We had to wait another hour for the room to be adjusted. The rooms were very small, I don't know why they would call them bugalows when there wasn't a kitchen, not even a coffe maker! When it came time to check out the computer printer was not worker and I was told to wait 2 minutes, but 20 mins later I went up to ask for my receipt and they said "oh it's been ready for a long time" I asked why I wasn't informed and they said "Don't get mad"!!! I'm sorry that's not fivr star customer service! Besides there are too many stairs to get to our room and the car service was slow. The breakfast eggs were cold because they would be sitting in trays which were cooked hours before! The view and pools were the only good thing about this hotel, but it was very difficult to get service at the pool as well, two waiters serving three pools.

Dear Mr./Mrs. Anonymous, I would like to inform you that you have booked a double/triple room in a bungalow with sea view. Rooms are about 26-28 sq. m. They have a double(or twin) bed and a sofa bed (for the extra person). When you called us about the upgrade, you were informed that the room upgrade would be available upon availability during the check-in and nothing was confirmed. There are no kitchen or coffee facilities in the room. Room description is precised. There is kettle offered upon request. The Hotel is located on Sivota Hill, overlooking Bella Vraka beach. There are stairs for the bungalows but there is the car service offered free of charge (upon availability). Regarding the breakfast buffet we think that you are not right. There are eggs cooked with at least 7 ways and the possibility for show cooking.

Απαράμιλλη θέα! Πανεμορφη τοποθεσια! Πολυ ωραίο δωμάτιο! Στα μονα αρνητικα: κοντα στην πισινα ο συνεχομενος θόρυβος απο εργασιες καθαρισμου τις πρωινες ωρες, τα τζαμενια προστατευτικα στην πισινα θα μπορουσαν να ειναι πιο καθαρα, οι τεχνητοι καταρρακτες στην πισινα δεν δουλευαν

Οι εγκαταστάσεις πολύ καλές. Λίγη προσοχή στη συντήρηση τους. [Δεν κλείδωνε η συρόμενη πόρτα του μπαλκονιού], Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου εξαιρετική. Οι εργαζόμενοι πολύ πρόθυμοι.
