“This is an excellent location for the nightly rate. Every hotel inside the beltway was 300+ a night plus parking fees and no continental breakfast. No, not a big buffet lineup of items to eat but good coffee and muffins. The rooms are clean and the maid service great. Negative was no glasses in the room or extra blankets. For the money this room was worth it. We will stay there again!”

“Host was welcoming and helpful. Responded quickly to bringing salt for freezing/ice on the steps. Had minor issues with backyard not being fully fenced in or access to a porch light for cleaning up poop. Bath and toiletries are available and well labeled, however brands/scents aren't labeled. I'm allergic to lavender so I couldn't risk using any. ”
