ApartHotel a Il Cairo

“Terrible! It took hours to understand where the place was because it is like in a ghost building. I asked for the shampoo and the owner told me to use the soap.”

“Great customer service”

“便利な立地ですが幹線道路に近く、クラクションなど騒音が大きいのですが、その為チェックイン時に耳栓をくれます。フロントは建物の2階にありますが、正面玄関からその事が分からずチェックイン時は間違った場所に来てしまったのではないかと戸惑います。しかしスタッフはどの方も人柄が良く、とても親切です。”

“Brass Bells provided no information in advance about how to check in. When we arrived at the building, which is a huge apartment tower, there was no signage or any way to find someone to help. We passed a small dark unmarked office, but no one was inside. Eventually, someone from a nearby shop offered to go find someone to help. A young man came after about 5 minutes, who said he was from Brass Bells and took us to the office room we had passed earlier.”

“Real nice and helpful staff. But no hot water and dark hall (no lightbulbs). Lots of good potential but generally run down. ”

“Very disappointing and poor handling of problems We stayed for three nights. During the second day, the water was shut off for more than a full day. Til the next day... We could not shower. We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet. My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible....

“The property does not exist. Be aware of the scam. The phone number provided belongs to private person who tries to put you in other places. Please be careful when you book this un existing place. ”

“The place was well maintained and the staffs were awesome”

“The property is situated in a safe area. Staff are very friendly and are present 24/7. There are multiple plaza’s nearby. Room cleaning is on demand and they only enter if you allow them too.”

“Was only here for the night because my flight was rebooked, however the hotel was close and I felt welcomed.”
