“Service is wonderful. Felt very pampered. The car and luggage were all handled quickly. The lovely treats left for us were a very nice touch. And they allowed us to delay checkout. Bar Artefact special as always and tried Coteau for first time - exceptional! Recommend the wine pairing. So fun!”

Essendo membro Expedia abbiamo avuto un cocktail di benvenuto che diceva per persona per giorno a finale ne abbiamo avuto solo uno perché a quanto hotel ci ha spiegato che era solo per soggiorno. La verità è stato un bel gesto e il drink alcolico era davvero buono. Il personale era a disposizione e la vista dalla stanza dava sul porto. Lo raccomando.”

La reception è piuttosto fredda: vedono i passaporti italiani, saremmo potuti essere reduci da 12 ore di volo e nessuno ci chiede se stiamo bene, se il viaggio è andato bene ecc... “Rm 101- 800sq room was excellent. My family enjoyed it. Beautiful windows & fireplace. Large bathroom. Plenty of lighting. Nice dining room to order in. Only downside was there’s only one night stand by one of the beds instead of having one on each side. The tub was also awkward to get in & out of. Overall, the room was great. We only wish the room wasn’t in another nearby building. Staff was most helpful & kind. Breakfast is okay. It’s mostly a cold breakfast, minus toast. One of us had mold on...
