“L'hôtel est parfait je vais y retourner. Par contre ma chambre n'était pas prête et d'autres l'étaient sauf qu'on m'a fait attendre. J'ai dû me changer dans la salle de bain publique pour aller me promener en attendant et j'avais beaucoup de bagages qu'on ne m'a pas aidée à trimbaler. il aurait été très simple de m'attribuer une autre chambre d'emblée.”
