“Good value for money (given it's London). 300 m to West Brompton station (max 10 minutes wait for a train). Bus stop in front of the hotel (although only westbound in summer 2025 because of road works). Breakfast improvable but absolutely fine for me. Beds may be too soft for some people. Some leather made it necessary to open the windows once or twice a day. Had to turn off the air conditioning for my bad throat, but then, even though the room temperature was fine, the blankets were too hot for...

“This was my 3rd time at The Rubens. The staff at this hotel were amazing! They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The Ruben has a great restaurant and bar. The location is close to everything including Victoria station and Buckingham Palace. It will always be my choice when I’m visiting London! It’s the best!”
