“I would never recommend this hotel in Pekin, IL”

“Property was run down and outdated. The hallways and the room smelled. Stains on the chairs. Washcloth stuffed in a hole under the sink in the bathroom. Never saw anyone at the desk. Had to wait for them to finish a smoke break to check in. Just overall gross.”

“close to downtown easy to travel from”

“The room was clean. We stayed for 5 days. Check-in went smoothly. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. No alarm clock. No dresser of drawers to place clothes. Only one chair in room. Had to ask to take a chair from the dining area and put in in the room so both wife an I could sit. A big no-no was when another guest of the hotel was given key card access to our room. The other guest and I (and my wife) were shocked when he opened our door. I went immediately to the front desk to inquire why...

“We were so surprised at the condition of the room especially the bath we didn’t stay. Just left and found another spot.”

“Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke ”
