“Traveled with family dog, room was perfect for family get away.very minor inconvenience of flashing light in bathroom and small light bulb missing from lamp in living room and mini lamp over a bed.”

“The beds are small and the room is not even cleaned. We saw wrappers of candies and stiff behind the bed when we moved it to locate our key. And they only give you 3 towels for 4 guests and toiletries that is only good for 1 person and we stayed there for 3 night but no refills.”

“Breakfast staff was helpful and nice. At check in he just handed us the cards to our room. Didn't tell us room number or where the elevators were. Just followed other people to the elevators. Red stains on the couch arms. Hope it wasnt blood. Clean rooms other than that. Overall just a normal hotel stay. Not sure how it's a Hilton.”

“This is the hotel that my family and I chose to rest at on our way to Florida. It is comfortable, clean, has a good breakfast, and the service is very good.”

“The room had not been vacuumed and we were not sure that the sheets were clean either. Very wrinkled when the comforter was turned back to get in bed. AC didn't cool the room. Breakfast available, but did not eat.”

“While the receptionist was helpful, it's an old property in need of repairs. The bathroom was in terrible shape. Okay to spend night.”

“The property looked like other Tru properties where we’ve stayed and the room appeared the same but a closer look showed it’s an older property and the needs some updating. The bed linens were thin, dingy, the pillows smelled a bit and the bed was lumpy, hard and very uncomfortable and should be replaced. We got to the breakfast area at 9:40 but the juice and yogurt machine were both empty and the coffee was weak and that’s usually all we have. The food manager should do better. I definitely...
