“The only negative comments are for the food. We had burgers at the grill they were very mediocre. Lobster mac n cheese tasteless. Breakfast was not at MO standard but ok overall. Dinner on the terrace was very good quality and taste. So the big letdown was the grill. Everything else about this hotel is awesome!!!”

“Almost everything was perfect. Remarkable clean apartment! Good location, working kitchen, washing machine etc... Good swimming pool. Breakfast was good for both Chinese and Western food. Quality of western pastries need to be improved. The only problem was with Wifi/networking. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok ”

“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

“Un bellissimo hotel con una posizione eccezionale. È vicinissimo alla piazza Tien’anmen e alla città proibita che sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ha due stazione metro comodissime. Ed è a un passo dalla via dei negozi Wangfujing. Gli spazi comuni dell’hotel sono magnifici. Le stanze molto grandi. Magari qualche aggiornamento al bagno e al sistema di controllo delle luci sarebbe necessario ma resta un hotel eccezionale, per livello di servizi e posizione. ”

“The staff are so welcoming and went above and beyond. Really helped my wife out with medical needs. So polite and willing to help. The breakfast was fresh and veried. Traditional Chinese foods but also some normal breakfast items to keep kids happy. Also provide an afternoon tea with traditional treat but also have popcorn and candy floss. A great addition. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this for anyone to try. Worth every penny”

L’hotel è un po’ datato il personale gentilissimo e in quel periodo ci lavorava anche un italiano che ci ha molto aiutato”
