“The staff was very informative and welcoming when we arrived and during the rest of our stay. We stayed during the start of the offseason for skiing, but there were still plenty of people who stayed and visited during the day to take advantage of the small bit of snow remaining. The room was advertised as having a Mountain View, however this was not the case for us, as we had no clear view of it. The welcoming lobby and reception was very nice and cozy, with the architecture giving off cabin...

“Great hotel and great service. Due to an unforeseen issue, we had to arrive very late at night, and the night receptionist was there waiting for us, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Just a small note on the security deposit: they charged the same amount twice and at a higher rate, but everything was resolved within two days, so really no problem! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!”
