“The resort is truly fantastic, especially the pool facilities. The reception staff is friendly and willing to help. The room is comfortable and equipped with every amenity, although the sofa bed could have been better. ”

“Great hotel and great service. Due to an unforeseen issue, we had to arrive very late at night, and the night receptionist was there waiting for us, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Just a small note on the security deposit: they charged the same amount twice and at a higher rate, but everything was resolved within two days, so really no problem! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!”

“Very poor stay. Luke warm water at best in the shower, also very confusing to find where the hot water even was. Room had trash left in it. TV remote wouldn’t work, tried 5 different remotes through the front desk, none of them worked. The they moved us rooms. The new rooms had hot water but also, so hard to find where it gets hot. Next morning the breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 but the woman didn’t show. They offered 20$ refund but I haven’t gotten it yet. Nobody was rude or anything but...

“The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!”
