“Good location. I had to get a replacement key 4 times due to the magnet wearing out after a few hours. Rooms were dated and not clean. Staff was apologetic but offered no solutions and manger was not onsite.”

“The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated.”

“Room smelled very musty, bedding smelled like it just come out of storage, bathroom sink spewed water in every direction, in room coffee pot had never been cleaned, parking was inconvenient, locked gates restricted access. Do not recommend without significant improvements.”
