It was set at 68, felt way hotter, they do not let it go lower even if you change it. We requested a fan. Do not valet on busy days. We went on the 4th of July weekend. We had a 40 minute wait to...

“The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!”

“Just not the best experience overall. The staff was very nice but during my stay the chicken drumstick bones were in front of the lobby doors and I saw staff walking in and out of those same doors. The chicken bones were there throughout my entire stay. My room was ok but when I walked in it was 83 degrees on one of the hotter days in July. The gym was dirty. Overall…I will just book somewhere else next time”
