“The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. The room, while on the small side, was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed. There were a number of small items which detracted from my stay. “Good clean hotel that is close to Gateway shopping centre and great restaurants BUT the noise levels by Gauteng guests who were down for the July handicap were unacceptable. 3 star people in fancy clothes who thought it appropriate to run screaming down hallways. Of course, the hotel cannot control this (and I found the same when I went back to the Pearls). Not screaming but drunk as skunks and high as kites. What is happening South Africa?”

“We had a great stay 10/10. The property is positioned greatly. The room was nice and each balcony had gas grill for braai. They have all you need on site but there are restaurants close in walking distance and a checkers less than 5 minutes away. The staff is great. I’d like to specifically thank Sandra for finding an additional night for us when it became available. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the fire works were amazing. “Best ever stay”

“At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by”
