Located on the outskirts of Inca, surrounded by Mallorcan nature, this charming holiday home with a private pool is the perfect place to enjoy a few days of relaxation with family or friends. With capacity for 8 people, it offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway.
Starting with the outdoor areas, you will find a refreshing 7x3 metre chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1.70 metres, ideal for taking a dip on warmer days. Surrounding it, a private lawn area invites you to relax in the sun on the sun loungers, while the equipped terrace allows you to enjoy al fresco dining or unforgettable evenings at sunset, surrounded by the rural landscape of Mallorca.

Inside, the property is spacious and functional, spread over two floors. It begins with a large open-plan living room and dining area, equipped with air conditioning. You can relax on the sofa and watch films on the Smart TV, while the fully equipped induction kitchen has all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. On this floor is the first bedroom with two single beds and the first bathroom with a bathtub. Going up to the second floor, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. One of them has access to a furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board during your stay.

Inca, in the heart of Mallorca, is an excellent starting point for exploring the island. In addition to being known for its tradition of leather craftsmanship, it is home to a wide variety of restaurants, weekly markets and local charm. From here, you are just a few minutes' drive from beaches in both the north and south, and close to hiking trails in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. Ideal for those looking to combine nature, culture and comfort.

We kindly ask for responsible energy use: 24 kW per night are included in the price, but an additional charge will apply for extra consumption.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
