“Small apartment, could barely fit 4 of us with our 4 big luggages. Toilet was quite small as well. At least it was clean, had washing machine & dryer, and provided towels when requested. When we checked in, we realised that there was no laundry detergent and texted the CS, they took a long time to reply and we almost went to buy detergent ourselves. They could have provided more instructions on what to do to get new towels etc as we had to wait a long time for them to reply”

Room was clean and really close to Seoul Station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenient stores. Host was very friendly, informative, and responsive. ”
