“Poor customer service”

“The location was good, and having access to the kitchen and laundry machine was very convenient. However, the room was not very clean, and the housekeeping staff was not particularly polite. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, so I had to clean it myself.”

“Really beautiful and spacious apartment living. Clean with beautiful views of the ocean. Heated floors even. Easy location with convenience to a grocery store, 7-11 and mall with lots of food places. The AC and refrigerator dispenser options were a little hard to navigate even with Google translator. Tips: there are lots of LCT locations and so you need to be specific about which one. “Apartmento” seems to register with taxi drivers. Or they can figure it out with Google Maps or NAVER...
