“La posizione è ottima, vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Huaendae. Sono disponibili a tenere le valige prima del check in. La camera era nuova, ma mancava un comodino per un lato del letto”

“Extremely rude staff, we booked on hotels.com and the pool and sauna were included, then they said they were not. Also, at the pool there was a sign saying children below 36 months could swim, my son was allowed at first, then they changed their mind asking us to leave the pool. “It was hard to find the entrance as there is no sign for the hotel. You have to enter through one of the doors and find elevator #102 and go to the 3rd floor to find the check in desk. House keeping is every 5 days which is ok on your own but of your with children it could help an issue. I would definitely go back. Beautiful property and stunning views of the ocean. Friendly check in staff 😊👍”

“Difficult check in and very poor communication when I needed help. The couches were stained and not enough toilet paper was provided. One of the bidets did not work all together. Someone entered our room while we were out and left 2 large laundry bags on the floor. Hotel reached out and stated we left the bags behind when it wasn’t ours. This was pretty concerning as we don’t know who entered our room.”

“Great apartment style hotel. In a giant building that shares with another hotel. The views were great but location isn't great. You have to Uber everywhere.”

“Great location with a lot of good food places around. It was really convenient.”
