Una posizione tranquilla vicino a tutto. Goditi una vacanza romantica, una vacanza in famiglia o del tempo con gli amici in questo splendido condominio situato nella parte migliore del Lago Tahoe, Incline Village. A breve distanza in auto dall'aeroporto internazionale di Reno, siamo a 5 minuti a piedi dal lago, dall'Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa e Casino, fantastici ristoranti, sci, escursioni, shopping e una vasta gamma di attività stagionali! Con il servizio navetta gratuito dall'Hyatt, puoi fare un breve giro (1. 8 miglia) fino a Diamond Peak per una divertente giornata di sci o snowboard. Altre fantastiche località sciistiche sono a pochi minuti da casa tua: solo 20 minuti per Heavenly e 45 minuti per Squaw Valley.

Come nostri ospiti, avrai accesso a campi da golf di fama mondiale e al centro ricreativo Incline Village, che comprende campi da tennis, da basket, attrezzature per il fitness e una piscina olimpionica. Ci sono due master suite, una con un bellissimo letto king-size in stile rustico, un televisore a schermo piatto e un dock per iPod con una lussuosa doccia a vapore nel bagno interno. La seconda spaziosa, ma accogliente suite ha un rustico letto a castello di dimensioni doppie su due letti a castello e un letto queen-size con vasca idromassaggio / doccia nel bagno.

Il piano inferiore ha un patio sul retro, cucina completa, sala da pranzo, bagno di servizio e zona soggiorno con un divano letto queen size in pelle di ottima qualità, chaise, TV LED a schermo piatto HD, lettore DVD blu ray e camino a gas.

We attended a conference at the Hyatt and this condo is a short 5 minute walk across the street. The layout was great and we appreciated that it’s basically 2 master bedrooms. We had everything we needed during our stay and Mimi was great and quick to respond when we had a question.

Very nice condo. Some suggestions: the listing shows three full baths, not two and a half baths; the water heater needs attention - it rumbled day and night; there was no Kleenex or ice trays in the house; and we thought the little coffee cups were too small for those who like coffee in the morning. We bought two coffee mugs and left them behind for future guests. You might buy two more.

2 of my close friends were enjoying their 50th bday weekend, along with 35 of their closest friends. Many were at the Hyatt, but we wanted some more privacy. This was an amazing and beautiful location, not to mention perfect setting! A few very nit-picky details - the hole in the ceiling, the watered down hand soap, etc., but overall a wonderful location in paradise! I recommended to several friends already.

Very clean. Very spacious bed room and family area. Beds and sofa are very comfortable. Location is great. We are surprised to find that it has Jacuzzi and sauna. The overall stay was enjoyable. We have been stayed in Incline village many times. This condo is the best in overall.

Awesome property and location, Mimi was great at communicating and check in was easy. Only issue is the wifi was terrible, couldn’t get any work done, and there was no attempted solution when I notified the host. Literally 30-60 seconds to load each webpage or email, couldn’t get any work done and my son couldn’t work on homework as planned. We were only there for two nights as the tail end of a road trip so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it would have been completely unacceptable for a longer stay.

Short stay of 2 nights for a wedding at Hyatt resort. It was perfect location, right across the street. The unit had everything we needed including a steamer for the guys suits. Had never experienced in floor heating(which we loved) and Mimi called as soon as I texted with questions.

Family member woke up next day of stay have bug bites all over their bodies. Ignored for the day cause of the planned activity for the day. Came back evening to find out there’s BED BUGS all over the bed. Have to purchase inflatable beds so my family can rest.reported that evening and did not get a response back 19 hrs later and Adam accusing me that I brought the bugs. Got home with BED BUGS in mind I unpacked my belongings in the tub sure enough bugs fell off of them.

It was great! I think that the only nice treat would to have a few keurig pods available for the first day there. It would be great to have coffee available the next morning after you come in late. I have experienced that before in other places and it was a cheap but great touch! This is a suggestion and not a complaint. thank you again!

Incline Village is a very nice area. As we arrived it was a long walk from the parking lot to the condo. I noticed other places had wagons to bring their stuff up. The condo was spacious and clean. The dryer did not work, wished we would have known this before we washed our clothes. Information about access to sand harbor would be helpful. Definitely, not walking distance, unless your are ready to walk 3-4 miles. The ice cream shop was Yummy. The pool is more of a lap Swimming pool.

The place was great. Clean and orderly. Mimi contacted us via email and had paperwork to continue the conversation when we arrived. We were not looking amenities like hot tub and pool, had our eyes set for Sand Harbor beach and King’s beach. Great weekend and the place had everything we needed. Thanks!
