“Great place, wonderful service, plenty of safe parking, beautiful view of the Willamette River”

“The staff is very friendly and so nice. Also very helpful. We had trouble with the toilet flush at first. The staff proposed their last available room but it was in a very bad state (wallpaper peeling, strong smell of cigarette smoke) so we decided to stay in the other room and sorted out the problem. The room was very clean and the inn is conveniently situated next to a few fast food accomodations.”

“TOO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS HOTEL SALEM ON OUR STAY. We checked-in late around 9 PM. After being outside watching 2 college baseball games in the cold, we just wanted to go to the hotel and go to sleep. The first issue was my keycard was NOT opening the door so I used my wife's keycard which worked. The second issue was the left sink was not draining, luckily the right sink was working. “Yes the parking lot was in good condition ”

“Didn't need ac or use amenities. Very safe parking area.”

“The hotel was nice. The room was very spacious. The building was remodeled into a hotel as far as I understood. Lots of historic items, furniture, and photos. The only drawback was a missing ottoman and a tea tray which was shown in the image. But the front desk was helpful and they arranged for a small table. The breakfast spread was huge and every item was tasty. Parking was also easy and since it’s underground, I felt quite safe. ”

“You have to pay for valet 32 a day or street parking for an hour, was not in plans for the stay other then that everything was amazingly good. ”

“The staff at this location is exceptional. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. The people who work during the day are just awesome. Front desk is so friendly. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The location is good. Front desk have great recommendations. The king suite is spacious.”

“I found cockroaches in my bathroom. They even got into the shower when my son was showering. I took pictures and a video. I very kindly and quietly approached the front desk and spoke with a very nice young lady who promised me a call from the manager immediately. I never received a call. I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately...

“Old hotel, worn out carpeting, broken items in room, rusty shower doors, cracked counters, luke warm water for showering, broken vending machines, etc. While less expensive than nearby hotels, felt like I spent too much money to stay in a hotel that felt “icky” and a little unsafe. ”
