“The room was clean and had beautiful big windows. However, the hotel is located on a busy street. Opening the windows and doors, and spending time on the outdoor deck wasn't a pleasant experience because of the excessive noise and car exhaust. The location is right in downtown Salem within walking distance to a nice walking path and restaurants nearby. The kitchenette is really designed for eating quick to assemble meals, like cereal and heating up pre-made food in the microwave. I wouldn't plan...

“The overall experience was excellent. Directions to sites and food eateries. Late check out no problem. Customer Service front desk excellent!”

“The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was partially renovated. The curtain on the window had holes in it. The biggest inconvenience, however, was the lack of a refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer. We were told that the owners(?) decided to remove these items from the rooms.”

“Got a room there on a night there were no other vacancies in town. The room assigned me was the handicapped room. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, which I did not use. The closet was completely empty and even lacked a bar for hanging clothes on, and therefore useless. The cooler/heater unit refused to heat on a fairly cool night, and the bedding was to thin to keep me warm. There was a sink in the main area that had faucets that weren't connected up to water.
