Gli ospiti sono incoraggiati a fare un'escursione in cima alla nostra montagna, sguazzare nelle cascate, scivolare via dalla realtà nelle nostre amache sul lato del torrente o nuotare nel nostro stagno di 2 acri. We have visited several times now. Nice off the beaten path get away. Hosts are very friendly.. property is beautiful. Kids love the pond. Great quiet place to relax for a few days.

Such a delightful little cottage. Hillside cow pastures, being greeted by the sweet dogs, and clean as a button.The owners are always cheerful, helpful, and greet you when coming and going, while they're gardening or reading on the main house porch.Can't wait to return.

A Slice of Paradise

When we arrived, it was well-stocked and clean, and surprisingly easy to find. We loved the scenery, fishing in the pond, and just the farm in general. It was a lovely place; will be back again.

This is our favorite place to getaway from the hustle and bustle. The fall foliage was showing off this weekend around this beautiful and peaceful cottage.

Perfect location to just kick back and enjoy nature. The area around this cute little cottage is beautiful and should be explored. Nicely appointed and very comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and provided great insight into the area. Highly recommend this location and place.

This place was amazing. Michael was a fantastic host— easy check-in, recommendations for hikes and food, and was available to answer any of our questions. The cottage is separate from the home and has plenty of privacy. My partner and I had a great time exploring the property. On the property, you can find great places to watch the sunset and enjoy the night stargazing!

This is it!

Very clean and feels like home plus a donkey! 4 adults and a dog ,we felt very comfortable and relaxed for 4 days.everything ya need to Cook was great even though it’s 5-10 minutes from town.lake ,river fishing near by as well as great hiking and state parks.plenty of towels and a nice bathroom with access easy shower

Peaceful Get Away

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is decorated beautifully and the perfect place for a get away. The location is great if you want to enjoy the quiet. We were unable to enjoy any of the farm because of commitments with the wedding we were there for, but I would love to go back when I have more time to relax and enjoy my surroundings.

Peaceful mountain farm getaway

It was in a secluded area, but we 3 girls felt safe, the environment was very welcoming. We loved the decor & the landscape was amazing! We sat outside but bugs didn’t bother us - the moon & stars lit the sky & the sun going down behind the mountains glowed. Wonderful visit!

Perfection!

My spouse and I absolutely loved our visit to Ward Mannor. The hosts were amazing and responsive. The Garden Shed was tidy, well equipped and had comfortable beds. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to relax and restore. Cannot wait to return!

Perfect mountain getaway!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Ward Manor for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Nestled right in a valley, the views are spectacular and the property is just as advertised. The cottage itself was clean, quiet and private and an easy drive to numerous hiking trails and state parks. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Blue Ridge Getaway

This cottage in the rolling foothills was beautiful outside and in. The views were magnificent, the decor was beautifully done. And, Michael and Matthew were excellent hosts. 5 stars to all!

This place is a gem. It was quiet. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed the barn porch hammocks, and listening to the babbling stream that runs through the property. You must hike up the northwest hills to see the view of the valley! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were quick to respond to questions.

Farmstay

The renovated Garden Shed at the Manor is wonderful! It has a very comfortable bed, plenty of space, a fully stocked kitchen, and lots of windows for beautiful views. We loved seeing the cows and the donkey everyday, and really enjoyed hiking the mountain. It was a relaxing and refreshing getaway. We highly recommend.

Paradise, as always

My girlfriends & I absolutely LOVE spending a long weekend up at the Garden Shed. We come at least once a year, and it never disappoints. Michael & Matthew are such gracious hosts, making sure the hammocks are out for some relaxation near the creek. Just a slice of paradise!
