“Todo muy bueno, la”

“The staff was wonderful even though we got in late. Plus the bouldering wall is super cool!”

“Great staff. Friendly attentive”

“We had a confirmation for our booking, but even by showing them our email from Expedia they left us without a room. Yes, the receptionist told us that they do not have our reservation and that they are fully booked. Plus, the alternative they offered in other hotel was a double price, which we could not afford! “La atención muy buena, el hotel limpio, los cuartos bonitos y la cama muy cómoda.”

“Nice place. Everything works. Secure parking. Restaurants nearby.”

“The people running this hotel made a great experience for us. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. We had laundry done and ordered pizza - both were easy for us as non Spanish speakers 😊”

Entramos porque mi niña quería ir al baño y los cuartos sucios, olía terrible. Después llegó una chica y lo mismo, no sabía nada, ella solo vivía ahí. Al rato salió un señor totalmente...

“We had a wonderful stay at Cuesta Serena. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience feel even more special. Everything came together for a truly relaxing weekend, and we would definitely love to come back!”
