“Cozy, like staying at the home of your loving grandmother. Woke up to the smell of breakfast cooking in the kitchen downstairs. It was a lovely weekend getaway. ”

The only items that ahould be reviewed. 1) for the smoking area, additional filtration should be added to avoid the odor reaching the room. 2) for no apparent reason we were locked out of our room. Staff had to call a locksmith and they too do not know why the main deadbolt was locked. Staff chalked it up to a possable ghost( if you believe in that). “This B&B is very beautiful. We stayed in the Live Oak room on the second flooor and it was lovely, with a large furnished balcony . Bed very comfortable.
