“Ottimo”

“I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, and we were impressed from the interiors of this hotel. We checked in at 10.00 am so we had to pay half day more because the normal timing of the hotel was at 02.00 pm. The check in was fast but with some small misbehavior from the staff, because one girl standing in the back of the reception and playing candy crush on her phone jumped in the front when she heard we are doing the early check in and she said (2-3 times )in very unfriendly and arrogant...

“This is an amazing place to stay. The room was emasculate, the bathtub in addition to the shower was so relaxing, and Aerocity is a great place to stay, many great restaurants and you have easy access to the metro to go and see the sites. I highly recommend! I even left my AirPods by mistake and they helped me retrieve them.”

“The service at the Trident is impeccable. Rooms are not large but are comfortable. Weather permitting it is nice to be able to sit outside at breakfast and dinner.”

“Internet doesn’t work properly. Minibar broken and not fixed throughout my stay. At the they bar they have also tried to charge twice my credit card. Not a good option for foreigners staying in the city”
