Hotel a India del nord

“I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, and we were impressed from the interiors of this hotel. We checked in at 10.00 am so we had to pay half day more because the normal timing of the hotel was at 02.00 pm. The check in was fast but with some small misbehavior from the staff, because one girl standing in the back of the reception and playing candy crush on her phone jumped in the front when she heard we are doing the early check in and she said (2-3 times )in very unfriendly and arrogant...

“They have no airport shuttle. They sent a taxi in a sea of taxis and it made things super complicated. Then the next day I had a second plane to catch but now there was no transportation because apparently it’s one shuttle per stay!! I mean we choose airport hotels because they are pit stops. Also check in was complicated. They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation, asked for vouchers. What vouchers?!?! Had to call manager. Ugh. Then I ask for my king bed which was in my reservation.
