“Great location directly on the beach. Nice pool and beach access. Rooms seem recently updated. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels (beach and bath). Staff was very friendly and responsive. One thing that could improve our stay would be some sort of shower caddy or shelf. There was no spot in the shower for shampoo/soap. Overall a great spot and we would stay again.”

“Un posto davvero meraviglioso. Il più bello visto in tutto il giro della Florida che abbiamo fatto. Degli appartamenti indipendenti dotati davvero di ogni cosa, sia nella cucina che nel bagno, ed arredati con gusto. Delle zone esterne fronte mare con tavoli, sedie, sdraio, barbecue dove fare colazione, pranzo o cena con il mare a 20 metri. “Location is nice; in a historic city an hour from Orlando, nice view of the Indian river right across the street. The front facade of the building looks beautiful and new, but the rest of the exterior of the hotel looks old and run down. The reception area also looks old and dingy, but luckily the inside of my room looked very fresh, new, and clean, although some areas of the floor did leave our feet dirty. “The room was very clean and nice. The bed very comfortable. Heating and cooling very good. Quiet room and location (Not near a busy road). There's a little grocery store a short walking distance from the hotel. I was able to get some healthy snacks. I thought that the breakfast was very good. I did rather miss complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby as some hotels have this. For some reason the shower leaked out the door, so we had to sop up water after showers. “Unfortunately we were locked out our first night and had to sleep in the car. I never received an email that the check in code changed after entering and didnt have a new code to get in my door. Additionally i emailed the owner after booking to confirm it was okay to leave my car while I went in a 7 day cruise. The owner said it was not problem at all and told me the spot number to park in. Upon return from our cruise we had a sticker from law enforcement saying it was going to be towed....
