“Very clean room with many in room amenities. Close to downtown Burt lake and Mullet lake. Restaurants and bars are available and close to the bridge and casinos. The tucked away location quiets the nearby highway. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We were very happy with the property, just disappointed that the fireplace did not work. I would suggest removing the fireplace as an amenity on your listing. I specifically look for properties that have a fireplace. The property was very clean and check in was easy. The rate was a little pricey but I am guessing it is because it was a holiday weekend? “The room was very nice and clean. Shower pressure was great, beds were comfortable. Thankfully we brought hangers with us cause there weren’t any in the room. For two evenings we had issues with the AC unit but the owners of the place discounted our room for those nights then moved us into another room. Overall our stay was great and very good customer service. Thank you Jax and Leslie”

“We were extremely happy with the house and the close location to downtown Indian River. Sarah was a great host. The house was clean and comfortable. We had three trucks with bass boat trailers and we all fit. Definitely would stay here again.”
