Lussuosa casa sul lago su Mullett Lakes Red Pine Point, 9 camere da letto e 12 bagni, 22 posti letto

Una prima casa principale del Michigan settentrionale di 9.000 piedi quadrati e una casa di trasporto di 2.600 piedi quadrati situata su 2 ½ acri di terreno boscoso con 100 'sul lago Mullett, parte della famosa via interna del Michigan, che può accedere a Burt Lake, Crooked Lake e Lake Huron.

La casa principale comprende 5 camere da letto (2 con camino a gas), 7 bagni (2 con doccia a vapore), un'ampia sala da pranzo per 12 persone. La cucina comprende elettrodomestici di alta gamma, biblioteca con camino a gas, soggiorno con stufa a legna e camera familiare con camino a legna. La palestra, situata nel seminterrato, è dotata di bagno completo, doccia a vapore, sauna, tapis roulant, ellittica e sia pesi macchina che liberi. Il seminterrato ha anche una grande area giochi con un tavolo da biliardo da 8 ", shuffleboard full size da 22", hockey Chexx Bubble Boy, Golden Tee, 2 multicade, 5 flipper e 2 megateuch da bar. C'è un bellissimo pub bar in stile Dublino situato nell'area di gioco che è perfetto per intrattenere. Oltre a tutto questo c'è un teatro con uno schermo da 120 ”che può ospitare 10 persone. Il teatro può essere utilizzato per la visione di film Blu Ray o Directv.

La casa di trasporto ha 4 camere da letto. La master suite occupa l'intero piano superiore e comprende una stufa a gas, un letto king size in legno di radica, una TV satellitare, il bagno rifinito in cima alla linea di granito e calcare ha una vasca idromassaggio di dimensioni standard, due toelette, doccia con doccia spray per tutto il corpo ed euro bicchiere. Due delle altre camere da letto includono il loro esclusivo letto king size e il bagno completo, ciascuno rifinito in modo unico in pietra calcarea e granito. L'ultima camera da letto è un letto a castello con materasso matrimoniale e ha il suo bagno completo unicamente in pietra calcarea e granito. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono al top della gamma e nuovi di zecca. Il soggiorno comprende una TV a grande schermo, un camino a tre facce a combustione naturale, un tavolo da pranzo per sei e un'area bar con cinque sedie. La cucina è perfettamente funzionante con frigorifero full size, piano cottura, lavastoviglie e macchina per il ghiaccio sottobanco.

In tutta la casa principale e la carrozza c'è un sistema audio / video recentemente aggiornato che ha FM, sirius xm e una grande libreria musicale precaricata. In tutta la casa utilizzerai i mini Ipad per controllare le selezioni di TV, teatro e musica. Diverse aree hanno anche touchscreen a parete che controllano anche queste funzioni.

Attaccato alla casa principale è un portico schermato con camino a legna, grill a gas naturale e posti a sedere. Il cortile è abbastanza grande per la pallavolo e la parte anteriore della casa comprende una vasca idromassaggio, pozzo del fuoco, tavolo e sedie. Vicino alla riva del lago troverai 1.600 piedi quadrati di ponti di nuova costruzione con un gazebo schermato, grill a gas e numerosi posti a sedere. Ottimo per radunare il gruppo e uscire in riva al lago. Incluso è paranco e pontile.

Le proprietà sopra sono ricreative per tutte le stagioni. Le estati sono l'ideale per andare in barca, jet ski, pesca, prendere il sole e nuotare. Autunno e primavera, gli ATV possono essere guidati per le molte miglia di sentieri ad est del lago Mullett. L'inverno è per motoslitta, sci e pesca sul ghiaccio in prossimità di stazioni sciistiche e casinò. La proprietà si trova a 8 miglia a nord di Indian River, uscita 310, fuori dalla I-75. The main house was nice, with plenty of room for everyone. The carriage was not as great- beds were uncomfortable and the bedroom on the top floor was very warm, no matter how low the temperature was set.

We had an amazing stay at Mullet Lake! Our extended family20 folks were very comfortable in the main house and the carriage house. Jill and Jim were over the top accommodating and were very happy with everything! The house, lake and boat were all amazing! We will definitely be back! Thanks Jill and Jim for all you did to make our family vacation a huge success!

We rented this house for a wedding and were incredible pleased with all aspects of our stay. The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures. And more importantly all the amenities worked during our stay. The sauna, the jacuzzi, the movie room. It was spotless when we arrived both inside and out. There was lots of space for 20 guests who stayed in the house. We would definitely stay again!!

We are a family of 7 with 5 adult children. We can’t all make it for the entire week but arrive and depart according to family work schedules. The adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren all loved the home and beach area. Driveway had room for all family and guest vehicles. The basement arcade and theater room were a huge hit. I spent at least two hours per day in the indoor BBQ and fireplace room which includes a make-up air ventilation system. The home has a Smart System which is intuitive and convenient. Building Managers were there to answer questions and address issues as necessary. Obviously, the pricing is at the higher end of the VRBO range but for the first time (in comparison to our previous Charlevoix and Harbor Springs venues), I feel like we received the accommodations we paid for!

The property was perfect for our family get together. The artwork was amazing and enhanced the already phenomenal property. The patio area was the most popular place to gather. The lake is beautiful but was still a little cool the end of June. The living room and family room layouts facilitated gatherings. The game room was the most popular room for all ages, amazing selection. Among rental properties and hotels the fitness room had better equipment than all but high end hotels. It was better stocked than any other property we've rented. The property manager was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. As mentioned in other reviews going from the lake to the house can be a challenge for some. Highly recommend this property!

This 22-person property was advertised to have a beach, beach chairs, a boat dock, and a boat on Mullett Lake, which were pivotal in our decision to rent this property over others in Northern Michigan, particularly as we were organizing a special family weekend for my parents’ 80th birthday. The total rental cost for the property was double that of osimilar homes in the area for a 3-night stay. I was required to pay over half of this amount upfront and the remaining half about 45 days before occupancy. The property manager, Jill Feagan, did not call or text me that the beach, pontoon boat, and boat dock were not be available for use. The unavailability of these amenities, as depicted in the VRBO listing, was devastating. We had our 22 family members traveling from Chicao, New York, Montana, Virgnia and Michigan. Upon our arrival on Memorial Day weekend, there was no view, no boat and a mountain climb to the water. The boat dock was not in and covered the beach, making both unusable. The boat lift also blocked the view of the water from the lower deck and gazebo area and provided for unsightly pictures. The exterior facilities of the house were not ready and unusable. The patio furniture and fire pit furniture were locked up, and the gazebo and beach areas were inaccessible. After the furniture was brought out, we realized it was filthy, and only sat 6. Only half the games in the basement worked. The lawn was not cut. No shampoo or soap in bathrooms or showers. Run!

This home was a wonderful place to gather with our family and some close friends for our Wedding Anniversary. The home is absolutely beautiful and has quality furnishings and amazing art !! We ended up with a brisk and rainy weekend but it was not spoiled because there is so much to do onsite (billiard pool, shuffle board, pinball games, card table and lots of games, hot tub and several tv’s for sport events). There is an awesome workout area complete with sauna and steam room. We felt like Royalty staying there. And my husband put the icing on the cake when he hired Colin’s Confections & Catering from Harbor Springs to feed our group of 18. It was an EPIC celebration.

Love this property. Truly miss the backyard fire pit and steps surrounding the hot tub, made for great mingling. Nice to have one down by the water but inconvenient. That’s our only complaint.

Our large family of 17 vacationed together in this fabulous house with wonderful amenities. We had an awesome week together. The house offers activities and space for everyone. The basement area was a particular hit with a pool table, many arcade games, shuffleboard, a theater room and fitness center. The back patio was our favorite spot to hang out and enjoy time together. The only drawback was the huge number of stairs down to the lake. We heard that a lift is being installed but would recommend that people are aware of the 100 steps down to the lake. It didn't deter our family from enjoying the beautiful lake! We would highly recommend this house for large family vacations!

We had a wonderful time with our group of 22. We have family members from 2-76! The hosts, Jill and Jim were outstanding and very responsive. The Mullett Lake House has something to offer for everyone! We would be lucky to vacation here again in the future! This was the perfect spot for our family from Arkansas, Kansas, and North Carolina to gather for the week!

This property worked perfectly for our family reunion of 13. We were all adults so having so many bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was a selling point for us. We made great use of the pub/game room area. We ate in for dinner most days. The dinning room table was able to accommodate our large group and the flow of the kitchen as well as how stocked it was with pots/pans/etc. for cooking made making our meals a breeze

Very nice house with a dream basement! The gym, the 2 spas, the outside jacuzzi makes everyone happy, also its located only 35 minutes from the Highlands Ski Resort.... This is our 3rd time and definitely will come again.

We had a large group come up for a work retreat and everyone loved this place. Great kitchen for cooking and hanging out, large outdoor entertainment areas, basement is fantastic, home technology throughout was first class and everything worked. Would definitely come back again.
