“The hotel was much better than when we drove into the property. It looked like, and may have been, an old apartment building. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable. I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. Reasonable rate and good location.”

“There was a used washcloth left hanging on the shower curtain rod. The drain plug was broken so it was stuck closed, had to open it with my fingernails in order for the water to go down. Yuck. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive. ”

“This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean! The bed was so comfortable, the rooftop bar was so pretty and nice for a quick drink/app before dinner, all of the staff were super nice and helpful, the valet was always quick and easy! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to coffee shops, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“This was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had at any hotel. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating when I had questions. I love that it was literally steps to the canal walk. I traveled with 5 kids and it was hard to get them away from the pool. I would definitely stay here again.”
