I text the host about it because it was 98 degrees outside and before we got back from downtown Sean had the AC fixed and cool inside! “The location was great as it's a 10-minute walk to the downtown restaurants and Distilleries. We were in for Derby week and enjoyed the unit which is in a restored building. Only minor issues were the sound of the foot traffic from the upstairs unit and lack of an iron/ironing board as the girls wanted to freshen up their Derby outfits.The surge pricing was astronomical but normal price per day is very reasonable. ”
