No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms:

Furniture & Cleanliness:

We love our peaceful neighborhood and ask that you help us maintain it by observing quiet hours after 11 PM.
We use noise-monitoring devices (that measure decibel levels only, not conversations). Sustained noise over 85 dB for 10 minutes after quiet hours will trigger a gentle reminder. Continued violations may result in a minimum $1000 fine.
