“We stay here a lot because the front desk staff is top notch! For the first time, though, we had three problems:
1. Someone left the shower running before we got into our room. We walked in and I heard it. Yep. Water all over the bathroom floor.
2. The pool was cooooold!
3. No hot water in the shower. Probably all got used when it was left on.
When I told the person at checkout (whom I assume is a manager) about the problem #1 as the major issue, she apologized profusely. I'm just glad it got...

“Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per il prezzo, dal momento che viaggiavamo in un periodo di festività. L’ abbiamo trovato comunque comodo e non troppo fuori mano . Avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di ristrutturazione ma non è messo male. Una buona colazione e un parcheggio comodo. Devo però rimproverare una cosa: sul sito mi dava la cassaforte , in camera, ma in realtà non c’è ! Delusione.”

“It was nice having a suite although I didn't need a full size refrigerator stove sink or dishwasher if you were staying there and cooking for yourself it would be amazing. Nice big bathroom and the bedroom was big however the pillows and the mattress definitely not comfortable at all. The biggest problem with my stay was the noise. Downtown Indianapolis was loud until 3:30 a.m. with the cars and the mufflers and the loud rap music wasn't even the bar noise it was the nonsense that this city is...

“The staff is EXCELLENT! So polite and very helpful. Check in and out was super easy as well. The workers up keeping breakfast were very friendly as well. Parking is 30 which isn’t bad for a location like this. Very close to Lucas Oil and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. I would definitely come back if we’re ever in Indianapolis again!”

“Everything was beautiful and spacious. The valet was great. The front staff was great. However, the in house bartenders and wait staff were EXTREMELY rude. I’m a bartender and I don’t say that often but they were blatantly rude. We went next door and to other bars nearby and had a great time. I would seriously look at retraining the bar staff on simple kindness and customer service.”
