Apesta a cigarro por todo el edificio adentre, Muy amable el personal Lo que me dijo es que en ese hotel vive mucha gente. Y que el anda sacando la gente que fume a fuera pero que eso es todo el día y que el hacia lo que podía. El olor a cigarro era por todos lados en los pacios, elevador etc

Cheap, no frills, acceptable experience.
Stayed a total of four nights after my partner's apartment lease ended and we needed a stop gap place to stay. The room is very bare bones and basic. Other Extended Stays in the area are nicer looking. Didn't provide silverware/dishes like advertised, which was annoying. Staff was cordial with me at best, and straight up rude at other times (mainly the male front desk employee). Room was very clean, however, and they allow pets which was great. Nothing too bad to say about the place. Only 2 vending machines for food options. If you have some extra $$ to spare for a slightly nicer place, spend it. I prefer Candlewood Suites or Residence Inn if you're willing to pay. But for the price, it's acceptable. Nothing more than that.

Sleep in your car over this hotel.
When checking in there was one person up at the front desk with me that was complaining because his license plate was stolen off his car. That should have been a sign to not stay there. The entire hotel and lobby smelled of cigarettes. When we got to our room there were stains on the walls and blinds and hair all over the beds and shower. The light fixtures were hanging from wire on the ceiling. On top of that the toilet did not work. Do not stay here even if it’s the only option.

Do not book!!
Rooms were dirty. Check in was not friendly. Never stay here!! Not a great part of town. Other guests were extremely loud and you can’t call anyone after 10 for it to be addressed. Sirens and cars playing loud radios all night long.

I am a Businessman who is always traveling nationally, precisely in this hotel they offended my workers by calling them immigrants because they did not have a state ID, they brought passports so the property receptionist discriminated against them.

I did not like the property at all. First impression was the dirty elevator a discarded drug needle, it smelled and was dirty. The room with two beds appeared to have clean sheets, the floors no carpet but needed cleaning . The room was bare no lamps, no pictures on the walls,and big brown bugs (3) to be exact, 2 in the bathroom. Rate was to high $240.00 for a 0 star room .I was very disappointed.

Most unpleasant. The bathroom was unclean, the kitchen was dirty, rusted appliances, the sprinkler system was without question not working (rusted and bent up sprinkler head). Gunshots heard Saturday evening (unknown if from surrounding trailer parks or parking lot of this establishment). I stayed Fri and Sat night. Told all my associates to never stay here. Not worth the cheap rate.

I had some of my employees staying there for 3 three weeks. After two weeks my guys need new towels. They charged us $1.25 for new towels and another $2.00 wash fee. That will be the LAST time I ever book with them again!

I chose the place because it was close to where I had meetings. Most importantly, the bed was uncomfortable. Also, I expect an extended stay place to have a coffee maker, cups, dishes, tableware. This place had empty cabinets and drawers. Generally needs updating. The people working there were nice, so there's that.

We booked a room for the whole weekend and ended up staying one night and booking with another hotel. Our neighbors had children that screamed, yelled and ran up and down the hallway until at least 3am. That's the last time I looked at the time. There was also a cockroach that ran across the bathroom counter. The beds/pillows were very uncomfortable, as well, and smelled of smoke despite being a smoke free hotel. Not a pleasant stay at all. The main office hours was only open during a certain time and there was a number to call when the office was closed; each time I called, I never got an answer. I tried calling them at noon and 12:30 (the office wasn't open until 10am) to tell them we had left early and never got through to anyone. I had to leave a voicemail.

The room was dirty, crumbs left on counter, dirty stove top, nasty handprints on the fridge, dirt on the floor. The heater did not work correctly- only ran on high so it was either super hot or freezing. It also ran so loud you couldn’t talk or watch tv over the sound. The shower head was messed up and leaking so much there there was no water pressure. Hair in the sheets, The bed was terribly uncomfortable, blankets and pillows bad enough to make us go out at 11pm and purchase our own for a short 2 night stay. The toilet was wobbly. There was a constant flow of police/ambulances throughout the day and night and constant commotion on the floors above us. There were dirty syringes all over the parking lot. If you pay online they don’t ask for a pet charge but when you check in they ask for an extra $25 per night. That’s not a big deal but should have been in the listing online. Overall this was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

Cockroach Heaven! Do not stay there Resident house
Arrived at 1:30 PM and was unable to enter the room till three but was given our room keys to access later. We were going downtown to watch big 10 championship game. Upon returning at 1:30 AM hotel fire alarm was going off but no fire department was on site. The alarm stopped, we entered the room to find numerous cockroaches crawling all over the counters. Immediately left The hotel. No one works the front counter to address this issue. The hotel is rated 6.0 on Hotel.com. And cleanliness was listed hey six. This should be removed from your website! I was charged $186 and never stayed. Outside signage states $85 per night. This hotel houses more live in residence and travelers. I feel I should be reimbursed for money lost. I have never use hotels.com prior to this and I’m not sure if I ever will again bases on your ratings at this hotel. We were forced to look for another hotel at 2 AM in a town where everything was booked up because of this event. The Marriott hotel accommodated us, their regular price that evening was $307 When we told them our story they reduce the price to 179. to get our business. Moving forward I will research better and call hotels directly to reserve making sure someone is at the front counter when things are not what they should be.

This property is a health hazard. When we went to our room and saw the cockroach week, mediately came back down and the front desk staff said how many did you see. How many? Holy moly! I think he was just glad it was under a dozen. Yikes this place needs to be condemned or shut down for a period of time as a safety and health contamination point.

It smelled absolutely horrible in the room. The tables were dirty in the room and there was hair on the floor and in the bathtub. I heard babies crying, people stomping and people yelling and only slept like 3 hours that night. I got up and left at 5:15am.

The room is infested with roaches. The microwave and stove are old and very filthy. The odor within the hotel is unpleasing. This hotel should be demolished.
