Foul Experience

I couldn’t check in on my day due to lateness to work, I then came to check in at 6am next day. Only for them to tell me I cannot check in again. Meaning I have lost money for 5day stay. This location is not safe. People are at the front desk asking for their money back; and that they cannot continue to stay.

They canceled the booking as we went to checkin. Shady place, horrible front desk. Stay away for family and especially those with kids. Heaven for the druggies

Do not go here.

Arrived to the hotel, they had no power in part of the hotel and had flooding in the lower level, so they cancelled all the reservations. Probably for the best, as the lobby stank of smoke and mold, and had multiple unpatched holes in the drywall

I was told they were booked up and didn’t understand why Expedia kept sending people. I had to spend more money finding a motel .

There was no elevator and all the rooms were upstairs. And then there was not any cart to help with baggage which made it extremely hard to get stuff to and from the room

First, I got there they didn’t have the room that I reserved. They gave me a room. It smelled like cigarettes already in it very dirty and then didn’t even have the sufficient amount of beds that were needed. Then the machine they used to create the cards to get into the room doesn’t even work well I will. I had to make several trips up and down the stairs. OK then they found a room where I can get two beds. OK wish we went in there. heater doesn’t work, smell like cigarettes the place was legitimately dirty. The second bed was so bad that you can physically see the bedsprings and feel them as you lay on the bed. Then I asked if we wore my options if I can get accommodated, they basically said they can refund me, but I would get my money in two weeks so my options were to stay in that room or find another hotel on top of the money. I’ve already spent. Then when I got there, I had to play security deposit for the room Still never received it. then I didn’t even have Linning for the secondary bed so the guy just handed me a bunch of sheets no blanket cause they didn’t have anymore and on top of that sheets had blood stains on them so that I was so disgusted I didn’t even sleep with them. It was very cold outside. Woke up as sick as a dog just because I didn’t have money for another hotel. i’m not exaggerating, but the day was about 13° outside and it felt about the same inside. There was a lot of lizards and I’m pretty sure the receptionist at the front desk knew about it.

Outstanding Stay Thanks to Ruby's Exceptional Service! I had an amazing extended stay at this hotel, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience—especially thanks to Ruby! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Her warm and professional demeanor made me feel more than just a guest; she truly made me feel at home. Ruby consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect during my stay, offering assistance with anything I needed and always doing so with a smile. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and I believe she truly deserves recognition for her outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend that she be considered for a raise and a well-earned promotion! Thanks to Ruby and the rest of the staff, my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay. I'll definitely be returning!

Friendly Team, just not very clean

The staff was nice and worked fast. The room itself wasnt too clean with bottles under the bed as if someone just swept them under there. The maintenance crew left dirty towels and a step ladder in our room. And the sink kept clogging.

MOVE ON! DO NOT STAY HERE! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I would strongly advise against staying here for several reasons. Unlike other hotels, this one refused our request for early check-in, even though we arrived just 30 minutes early after getting caught in a rainstorm and we were all sopping to the bone wet. The front desk insisted on charging an early check-in fee, and despite explaining our situation, they wouldn’t make an exception. We were forced to wait in our car, which was incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel was not well-maintained. The lobby floors were dirty, and at least 10 people were smoking weed right outside the front entrance. We had booked a 3-night stay but left after just one night due to concerns for our safety. Getting my money for the 2nd & 3rd night were a long & difficult time sucker. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to stay here in the future. Do yourself a big favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Stay away!!

It was awful!! Dirty bathroom vent fan, stained pull out mattress, no trash can, dirty kitchen cabinets, sticky carpet, no extra blankets. Even though I reserved it for three people we only had two bath towels, one wash cloth and no hand towel. I asked for more and was told inventory was low/none were clean. It smelled throughout the entire building and gave an unsafe feeling. Will never stay again!!

I wouldn’t stay here again ever

For starters there was no mention anywhere that this place did not have elevators. I have terrible sciatica and my dad is handicap. Did the front desk care about that? Nope. When you first walk in the room oh my goodness the smell was horrible. There was stuff in the fridge, dirt on the bath tube. The pull out mattress was the worst and had no sheets. Though they knew they knew we were using it. The beds were terrible. As much as they charge for goodness sakes get new beds that aren’t just like laying on springs. The flat sheet you have to constantly adjust to stay on the rather dirty mattress. Also you have to bring everything kitchen if you want to cook. I have stayed at plenty of these hotels as a traveling nurse and they provided some items. But this place had absolutely nothing. And you call that breakfast? Glad I brought my overnight oats. Also it runs until 9am they ran out of coffee by 730 and “couldn’t refill it.” Actually they were out of much of everything by 730 am. Only good thing is that this the staff were friendly and they said hi to you everytime you walked in the door. At night the parking lot always has been just hanging around. It’s kind of loud actually.
