• This is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Parties, events, and unauthorized guests are not permitted without prior approval.

• Local guests (within 50 miles of Indianapolis) must receive prior approval before booking. Unapproved local reservations may be canceled.

HOT TUB RULES & LIABILITY
- Hours: The hot tub is strictly closed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Quiet Hours).
- Safety: Use at your own risk. Host assumes no liability for injuries or medical issues. No children under 12 without adult supervision.
- Property Care: No glass allowed (use plastic cups). Do not add soaps, oils, or bath bombs. Cover must be clipped shut immediately after use.

Note: Water contamination requiring a full drain or noise violations may result in additional fees or immediate cancellation.
