Enjoy your private exterior wooden stair entrance and private balcony to enjoy a beverage in the morning and evenings. Unwind with a large screen TV or browse books and magazines in the unit.

The apt was fine but very,very basic. The property around the house was horrific and hazardouswad poorly lit areas, was not sure hiw to enter the aptwould be reluctant to rent from thos owner in the future broken glass and mud and uneven surfaces, construction nateriak ever

The house was nice could use some lights in walk way and o get to stairs. There metal sticking out of the ground you can trip on so maybe add some stepping stones. The ice maker on the fridge makes noises all through the night as it runs which is hard to sleep with.

My husband and I prefer having a homey environment over a hotel and this was perfect. It was close to a great coffee shop, not too far from Lucas Oil, and was a comfortable place to hang out between events and sleep at night. As a note only, not a criticism, my husband has some Mobility issues and we were surprised by the unpaved path and slightly steep stairs to the entrance. Not a big deal to most, and we made it work, but I wanted to offer that heads up to anyone who may need to know.

This property was a pleasant stay for 3 days while we explored Indianapolis. Walking distance or a short cab ride to the start of downtown. Suite is very nice, comfortable bedding and very clean. Everything you need for a short stay. Property management was very accommodating, great communication. Thanks for having us.
