Although the area seemed safe, it wasn't very pretty, and the neighborhood was not particularly conducive to walking.

The window was slightly open when we got back to our room with no lock options it was too late to call to change rooms. Very noisy most of the night. Just an average hotel. Nice and friendly staff.

Room was clean. The bathroom needed a little maintenance, but it didn't affect our stay. Staff was great.

If you are looking for a simple clean place to stay this is it. It is not fancy but any means and could definitely use some upgrades, but this hotel is recently under new management so I think they will continue to improve. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was your standard options. The pool is quite small. The workout room could definitely use some improvements. The machines were old and there wasn't any disinfecting wipes or spray to use on the equipment. Hoping they chose to update this area. The new owner was very kind and helpful. This hotel is only about 5 mins away from Methodist Hospital which is what I needed. Would stay here again.

First of all, all of my appliances were unplugged… I had to find places to plug things in.. just a big hassle. The curtains were dirty. Lamp shades were dirty. There was dust in hidden spaces. Pool was okay, staff should’ve cleaned more. Overall my stay was okay.

Check in was very easy, night and morning staff were both incredibly friendly and helpful. Room smelled and looked fairly clean, beds were neatly made and sheets clean. Some areas of the carpet were stained and the arm chair was stained in multiple spots. That didn't affect us as we didn't have any plans of using it and we wore shoes and socks around the room. There were many tiles loose in the bathroom and there was hair in the shower that was not mine. The breakfast was fine, standard hotel breakfast options. I wish the staff had mentioned the fitness area, I knew they had a pool but that morning I had seen a workout room. I had badly wanted to work out after traveling all day but didn't know that was available. I also wish I was told the pool hours as I would of gladly went swimming that evening or morning. The outside area is a little sketchy looking but that's just due to it being in an industrial area, overall I would stay here again if traveling back to Indianapolis.

They say the hotel is downtown which is somewhat true, it is about 2 miles from downtown but the actual location is very sketchy. It is located in the industrial side of town. The road way to get out of the hotel is almost impossible to get out on. The staff weren't helpful at all. They said they would add a discount that the company i work for gets at choice hotels and all the front desk guy could say is I'm new I cant do that. Then the first night we were there someone pulled the fire alarm at 130am. The finally got the alarm turned off only for it to start going off again after everyone went back to their rooms. The next day the alarm would go off randomly through out the day and then it went off again around 1030pm. I have stayed in several hotels but this one was just and all around awful experience.

No Sleep Inn
I book frequently via Hotels.com. We were on our way to the hotel, due to weather conditions, we were running late. Our check in time was 3pm. The hotel owner/manager decided to run my card at approximately 2:07pm. I was upset because we were less than 15 minutes from the hotel. He called saying that they had to run my card in case of a "no show". I have never had that happen before. He was very short on the phone as I tried to explain that we were on the road and had experienced delays because of accidents on the highway. When we arrived, his stance was still the same. We checked in but I wasn't pleased with the service. Once checked in, our key cards didn't work and had to get new ones. We also observed that our room wasn't warming up. Our heater unit wasn't working. I informed the owner/manager and he said they would fix it. They did "fix it", but they left a mess in our room. Apparently there was no housekeeping staff available to clean up the mess. We were told that since the owner has been on staff, several other staff has quit, leaving the hotel short handed. Overall, I wouldn't rebook with this hotel.

Thank you for the review, I am sorry for mess it left after changing brand new A/C. Credit card declined so we requested for new one as it was all star week. we wave your fee for early checkout rather than it was minimum 3 night stay. Thank you again for feedback.

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had. I could not even stay the night and had to book at anothet hotel. The staff was Absolutely terrible and would not even acknowledge how nasty the room was.
