This was our first time at the hotel and Indianapolis. What more can I say about the Westin! This was a beautiful hotel and the staff does everything to make you feel like you're the only one in the hotel, even though there was a wedding and a conference going on. The rooms are spacious and clean. We were greeted at the counter by Roshika, who was a gem. She was patient, smiled, and allowed us to check out late.
We had a noise disturbance on our floor a couple of times in the middle of the night. I reached out to the service desk, I received an apology, and the supervisor called within 5 minutes. We were able to change our floor, and they apologize for the inconvenience.
The service that we received throughout our stay was out of this world. The stay alone made us want to visit Indianapolis again. It is close to everything that you want to see or eat.
Give this hotel a chance. You won't regret it.
