“The way finding in the hotel was terrible. I had to ask a non English speaking house keeper to help me find my room. It was very difficult to get to different places on the hotel and my son and his family had a room on the same floor but we had to go to the first floor to go to a different side and then up a different elevator to get back and forth. Very inefficient. The house keeping was not regular. I stayed 6 days and had to ask for towels and a clean up on three day and my son’s room...

“The floor in front of the AC was wet for the entire stay and the AC was not on when we arrived. The room had a bit of a smell to it and the sheets/towels had stains. Will not be considering this property for future travel plans.”

“It took three days for the hotel staff to clean our room and change linens. There were random charges that the hotel refunded throughout the trip that were not related to the $100 incidental hold. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best and more often than not did not work.”
