“Breakfast was good. Check-in and checkout is quick and smooth”

“It would be nice to know that the entire lobby will not be usable due to major renovations during our stay before we show up to check in and are told we have to use a back stairway to get our luggage to our room. We were not able to use the breakfast area or the pool and spa areas due to this. There was quite a bit of noise every day during our stay from tile saws and other power tools. We paid full price for only beds to sleep in. This hotel has consistently gone downhill.”

“Great rooms, well thought out and dog friendly . No carpet, so the rooms can stay clean and fresh. Lobby’s are wonderful and the breakfast is a pretty good choice of food.”

“While there are some updates around the property, some of the carpet looks worn down. Also the breakfast was okay but I have stayed in nicer hotels in bigger cities for the same amount per night.”

“The bathroom floor was dull and sticky. The toilet seat had a couple of drops of blood at the front that could be seen when the lid was raised. There also was a large dirty smudge at the front of the shower wall. Looks like where someone would place their hand when they lean in to clean the shower. I brought it to the attention of the front desk as was told the cleaning staff was probably using the wrong product to clean the floor.”

“Staff was lovely, we got the best room with the best balcony overlooking the pool area... it was the most private. Loved that! My only issue was that the coffee maker in the room did not work. I tried many times.”

“First thing I noticed when I got to my room was someone put a shower cap over the smoke detector. This was obviously done so someone could smoke in the room. There was a ceramic tile on the bathroom floor that was broken and would pop out when stepped on. It was sharp and could easily cut someone’s foot. The TV didn’t work so we had to call for a maintenance guy to try and fix it. He got it working but periodically the tv would disconnect from the cable and turn off. The maintenance man was...
