“This property was clean and had Queen size beds clean & staff was friendly - will def go back ”

“Everything was great with the exception of my fridge didn't get very cold and my fan in the restroom did not work other than that great experience.”

“First the have ceiling fall when someone upstairs took shower soaked everything then they gave us a room on other side dog barked all night someone else played loud music all night bathroom wasn't cleaned Ryun was nasty never again will I stay there ! So traveled bk home no sleep and wouldn't do a refund”

“We stayed there 4 nights but there was never a time the house keeping came to clean our room or provided us any towels exchange or refilled any supplies. The pools were dirty and cold. We liked the ocean view from our balcony but the late night noises and stomps from the room upstairs were too loud that made it difficult for us to sleep.”

“Great place especially for the price. Room entry is a disaster with a 10 digit code that I had to have reset multiple times due to not working properly. Need to update door locks and then property is perfect. Close enough to everything, far enough for peace and quiet”

“The hot water in the shower didn’t work we had to boil pots of water for the children to have warm water to bathe, the front isle of the stove closest to the sink didn’t work, the remote to the tv in the living room only powered the tv on but the channels couldn’t be changed and we have to unplug the tv just to turn it off. Oh and it would be nice if someone shampooed the carpets as they were filthy. Of course m I walk around with house slippers on but I was adamant about the children keeping...

“We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. (The ladies at the desk the next morning were very nice - which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one). When we got to our room, it was not very clean and was in poor repair. (See photos). “The carpet stayed wet and sticky the whole stay had to throw away socks and slippers ”

“The room was impeccable and clean and had everything we absolutely needed and more. It was exciting and I couldn't expect more perfect place to be for our trip.”

“Technically, they are correct in advertising a free breakfast but Froot Loops and waffles without syrup are really poor choices. The water in the shower took over five minutes to get warm and the shower door was broken. Additionally, the shower floor was moldy, and the toilet seat had many scratches. The bed was comfortable, and the AC kept the wrong quite cool. I did not try the coffee machine or the microwave. The refrigerator worked fine.”

“Room had a smell. The a/c wasn't very cold. The best thing about it was the location. Walls thin, heard argument between two males dropping the f word, plus doors slamming. Not very restful.”
