"I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays. "Le camere non sono male ma la posizione dell'hotel e' pessima. A pochi metri dalla stazione in un quartiere degradato e di fronte ad un centro di accoglienza, con ubriachi e gentaglia ovunque. Per un hotel a 4 stelle trovo assurdo la politica di non pulire le camere e cambiare ascigamani se non viene richiesto alla reception. "

"L'hotel si trova in una posizione che permette di visitare la città comodamente L'accesso ai piani avviene mediante l'uso di un ascensore che si attiva usando la carta magnetica della stanza La camera è molto pulita, c'è anche un piccolo divano, l'aria climatizzata, non è presente un minibar in camera. La TV trasmette canali non solo tedeschi ma anche europei e non europei. Anche il bagno è molto pulito e mette a disposizione diversi flaconi di saponi e shampoo e il phon Lo staff alla reception è gentile e parla anche inglese Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Lage, die es man ermöglicht, die Stadt bequem zu besuchen Der Zugang zu den Etagen erfolgt über einen Aufzug, der mit der Magnetkarte des Zimmers aktiviert wird. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, es gibt auch ein kleines Sofa, eine Klimaanlage, aber es gibt keine Minibar. Der Fernseher sendet nicht nur deutsche, sondern auch europäische und außereuropäische Programme. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und verfügt über mehrere Flaschen Seife und Shampoo sowie einen Haartrockner. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und spricht auch Englisch."
