"I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays. "Ottima posizione a metà strada tra la stazione e il centro. Camere pulite e staff gentile"

"Le camere non sono male ma la posizione dell'hotel e' pessima. A pochi metri dalla stazione in un quartiere degradato e di fronte ad un centro di accoglienza, con ubriachi e gentaglia ovunque. Per un hotel a 4 stelle trovo assurdo la politica di non pulire le camere e cambiare ascigamani se non viene richiesto alla reception. "

"Personale cordiale. All'arrivo l'appartamento non era pulito in modo efficiente: capelli e polvere in bagno, moquette sporca; in compenso ampi spazi letto comodo e vista spettacolare sulla city. La sauna non funzionava era rotta. Colazione buona ma personale un po' sbadato nella gestione della sala. Posizione Ottima. Nel complesso ci aspettavamo un po' di più."
