“Fairly dirty room. A si gel sheet covered the mattress and it was an old hard mattress. The door to the outside area was only secured with a flimsy slide bolt that seemed to be made from aluminium. There were a few small cockroaches under the kettle base. The shower was a positive except they when you opened the shower door the shower head was actually above the shower head and the door opened to the shower head side as you could only open it inwards. “Room was spacious and clean. Shower was "hellfire" hot enough for my wife with good pressure. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little tight, but I'm plus-sized and could still use it. Excellent place to base out of for Sydney - Hornsby train station with park & ride just 10 minutes away. Would absolutely stay again”

“Firstly, we were welcomed warmly by Matthew. Our room was extremely clean, beds comfortable and the shower was hot and beautiful. This motel has a hidden gem (an amazing restaurant) our steaks were absolutely delicious as smooth as butter, outstanding red wines and the restaurant manager Jasmine was so delightful as were all the staff.
