Unfortunately, reception at Mercure to collect key and when speaking on the phone to Amarn, my experience was not good. Abrupt, short and could not explain why the situation occured.”

“We were in a refurbished room which was tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was included, even a microwave. Parking was good and it was an easy walk to the Robin Hood hotel for dinner.”
