Ville a Inside Passage

“Casa tranquilla e accogliente. I servizi sono ridotti al minimo, ma alla fine c’è (quasi) tutto quello che serve. ”

“Great clean room the restaurant was delicious and Aaron was helpful and attentive”

“If I could give this place 10 stars. I would. While the place is extremely clean. And has everything you need for your travels. The stars are for the staff. Chole ( check in clerk). Absolutely amazing. Friendly and all around good person. Charlotte ( Breakfast ) again Friendly and very polite. Dalton (Security) just amazing. Trying to help us find the northern lights. And the manager Autumn. Thank you for running a great hotel. And having an amazing staff. We will be back. Just because...

“The staff was amazing and the beds were comfortable! The rooms are a little dark and dated but it gave a real Juneau vibe. No fan in the bathroom was strange and made the room slightly unpleasant at times. No hot tub was a bummer and the breakfast included with your stay was just granola bars and coffee. So having McDonald’s next door was convenient.”

“The young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful in straightening out an issue with the type of room we were assigned. We needed a two queen configuration instead of the king bed we were assigned. She got us situated into a suitable room right away.”

“Clean room and very helpful and friendly staff.”

“Very cute cabin with a water view. Host pointed a spot to bear watch a few minutes away. Great stay.”

“We stayed for one night because we had an early flight out. Staff was very helpful and airport transfer was easy. Only downside was restaurant is either being remodeled or not reopening.”

“Very spacious room”

“Ocean view Easy walk to downtown But didn't have an airport shuttle”
