Ville in Alaska

“The place itself is very nicely set up, cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Very neat and comfortable. We definitely appreciated the bottles of water kept around the house. Unfortunately, our overall experience was impacted by a couple of issues. Communication around check-in was not great. We hadn’t received any instructions until check-in despite reaching out to the host a couple of hours before check-in time but we didn’t hear back until after the 4 PM check-in time which happened...

“Great view of the sleeping lady mountain range and other scenery. Host response times were quick.”

“The location and view of this property is phenomenal. Walking distance to the shops on the Homer Spit, the docks, and beachcombing. It is apparent the owners or managers have allowed this property to be a “cash cow” while deferring significant maintenance. The flooring in the kitchen/dining/living area is in very rough condition. A towel bar is not attached to the wall. Rusted and potentially dangerous deck furnishings. A cracked window (which I believe was cracked when we stayed there about 4-5...

“I would make more windows openable.”

“Beautiful, peaceful property! We loved it - comfortable, stunning views. It was close enough to activities, yet a private piece of paradise, enabling one to stop, detach from all of life's business, and breathe. The host was responsive and supportive to any questions/needs. Highly recommend!”

“Great location. Clear communication.”

“It was a wonderful space for our family of seven and plenty of room. This was a wonderful space and view, but you have to pay the price for it.”

“There was a wonderful game room in the basement for the older children and a super fun play place for the young children. The house was very clean and well stocked with dishes and towels both in kitchen and bathrooms. I would have liked extra blankets and throw blankets for extra cool nights. It would have been more cozy. ”

“Million dollar views. Caught many fish right from the back yard. Great communication from host. Lots of room for my big family.”

“The property was great! Clean and inviting the beds were awrsome”

“IT IS A STRAIGHT SCAM‼️ Do NOT book ‼️”
