“I booked a five-day stay. When I arrived at the property, no one was able to help me. After calling the number they provided, they asked me to leave for an hour and then come back. I had to ask if I could wait in the lobby/living room, and the person in charge agreed. An hour and so later, she showed up.
Expedia says breakfast is included; I never saw a trace of food—only coffee.
Walls are paper-thin, so you can hear your neighbors arguing.
On my second day, the cleaning staff knocked on my door...

“The host never responded to us at any point. She did not send us the code for the key to get in to the place. We were only able to get in at all because of a friendship with the people who rent another place on the same property who were able to contact the property manager. Then once we did get inside, there was no water available. Most likely it was frozen. But we had to haul water from another location in order to even be able to flush the toilet during our stay. Showers were not an option...
