“The photos of rooms on Expedia are very deceiving. There is a nice, upgraded side that they advertise and then a rundown, old, dirty, tiny room side that they do not advertise. The floors were gross, the beds were so close to the tv table, there was hardly any room to walk and there was no where else to sit but the beds. On top of all that, the Westmark Fairbanks now charges for parking. I do not recommend this hotel.”

“People were great, hotel was clean. They put me in a room right next to lobby and as I didn’t get there until 1am I was very tired. Whatever is above that room it was really noisy. Other than that, it was great”

“Camera piuttosto bella anche se alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate come per esempio il letto forse troppo morbido e la zanzariera rotta che non è stata sistemata! Colazione discreta ma per gli standard europei forse un po' povera! Purtroppo la piccola spa non era disponibile perché in manutenzione! Nel complesso albergo molto bello e caratteristico un pò distante da downtown!”

“Pool and hot tub were closed- it was the deciding factor with booking here. Disappointed with that and no compensation offered. ”

“The rooms were hot, air conditioning did not work. Key did not work on door, two different key sets. They moved us to another room. We are traveling with a group of 14. All rooms were hot. It is unfortunate that the property was not in great working order at the beginning of the season. They had plenty of time to make things right before they opened.”

“I like that it was centrally located across from a major grocery store and gas station, it was quiet, clean, comfortable, and affordably priced!”

“It was really clean and quiet and it was great they pick you up and take you to both the train station and the airport. We just wish it included a complimentary breakfast. They charge 28.95 for breakfast. That’s steep considering you’re paying $200+ a night. Did like we could cook our own meals if we chose.”

“The apartment was comfortable with all the necessary essentials of home. A quiet neighborhood and easy access to the apartment with a coded key lock system. The view to the beautiful backyard was a plus. Access to Wi-Fi was easy and fast with no disturbance. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Al check-in non volevano applicare la tariffa Expedia, abbiamo perso mezz'ora per sistemare le cose. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato una receptionist molto competente e gentile che, chiamata dal collega ha risolto il problema. ”

“The room was spacious, but neither well appointed nor maintained. Not enough chairs, a very small tv and a damaged set of drawers try to fill the room. Bed was nice and comfortable. Corridors and lobby are dark and uninviting. Staff do not smile, and are not very helpful. Breakfast is average, but the restaurant in the basement is dark with two portable airconditioners and air trunking leading to the ceiling.”

“Ottimo hotel ma molto distante da Fairbanks ! Personale gentile, camere ampie e silenziose. Dotate di ogni confort. Bagno bello ed ampio. Colazione più che sufficiente . Peccato che disti 10 miglia dalla cittadina!”
