“Camera piuttosto bella anche se alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate come per esempio il letto forse troppo morbido e la zanzariera rotta che non è stata sistemata! Colazione discreta ma per gli standard europei forse un po' povera! Purtroppo la piccola spa non era disponibile perché in manutenzione! Nel complesso albergo molto bello e caratteristico un pò distante da downtown!”

“The apartment was comfortable with all the necessary essentials of home. A quiet neighborhood and easy access to the apartment with a coded key lock system. The view to the beautiful backyard was a plus. Access to Wi-Fi was easy and fast with no disturbance. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“The room is very nice and spacious, but the TV was not watchable (very bad streaming, on every channel) and at noon time there was no hot water to shower, you would have to wait until later in the afternoon. As to the property, the convenience store/coffee shop was closed for renovation the entire time we were there, and the only open restaurant post-breakfast had no creamer for the coffee. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it was supposed to have these amenities, we did not...

“The location is convenient, close to the town, shops and restaurants. The room is clean and appears well maintained. However, the carpet and wall in the public area, such as hallway and dining area, is quite old and need to be replaced or repainted. The elevator is squeaky and needs to be maintained and lubricated. However, the staff is friendly and helpful.”

“Billie’s lived up to our expectations and more! My teenage daughter and I spent one night and loved it. Billie is kind and inviting. The hostel/house feels cozy and filled with history and memories. I was hoping to see the Aurora and managed to see a ribbon of dancing green lights right outside the hostel. There’s a wonderful cafe less than five minutes away. :)”

“Struttura pulita e moderna. Camere comode e pulite. Un pochino fuori dalla Downtown, quindi è necessario prendere l’auto non avendo l’hotel il proprio ristorante. ”

“Nice people but the property is in poor condition. Floors dirty, other guest stuff under the bed. People were Smoking in the building smell was very strong. Parking did have an outlet to plug in our vehicle that was great. ”

“This did have basic service that you would expect with a 3 star hotel. We were a party of 6, with 3 rooms reserved for 3 nights. Granted, we were some of the last visitors for the season, just prior to closure, but I literally had to go begging coffee refills for the mornings, and the tea was not replenished. I finally located some at the front desk--since housekeeping was unable to locate. Also, had to beg for Kleenex--after the dispenser was left empty for two days. The daily housekeeping...

“Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly when I checked in. The property looked pretty shabby, and honestly there was dog poop everywhere. I get it, its frozen, but still. Also, I thought there was free breakfast, according to when I booked it, and I never heard about it, smelled it and could find it. Overall, location was convenient, room was nice enough, but I would go somewhere else.”

“Location was great, quick access to everything and being a tour pick-up location worked well. The breakfast was great, staff helpful, and the room was very clean. We did miss a pool and or hot tub.”
